As Dean of Tetelestai Bible College, my vision is to see a generation of Spirit-filled believers rise with a deep love for the Word of God, a passion for His presence, and a commitment to His mission. The purpose of this Institute is to develop disciples who think according to biblical principles, lead lives marked by righteousness, and engage in meaningful ministry. Students are prepared to share the message of Jesus Christ with a world that urgently seeks truth and hope.
My prayer is that every student that studies with us will encounter both the transforming truth of Scripture and the living reality of the Holy Spirit, leaving here not only educated, but empowered for life and ministry

Dr. Clayton R. Hall Jr. Ph.D., M.Min

Bible & Christian Counseling
Dr. Hall was born in Sanford, Florida, in 1966, grew up in Pontotoc, MS and Portland, OR where he graduated from Benson Polytechnic HS. He attended Bible college at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, where he arned a BA in Biblical Literature in 1989 & a BA in Organizational Managementand 2000 later earned a Bachelor of Theology in 2013, Master of Ministry Degree Magna Cum Laude 2015. ana Ph.D. in Theology/Christian Counseling Summa Cum Laude 2017 from Great Commission Bible College in Carl Junction, MO.
Dr. Hall has 41 years experience in Christian ministry as a Pastor, Teacher, and Addiction Recovery Counselor.Dr. Hall Has authored 59 Books. The Most recent "The Path of a Shepherd."
Since retiring he sought the Lord for direction and now his ministry is teaching the Word of God online. He continues to write (He has published to date 58 Books), proclaiming the message of the risen Lord Jesus Christ, the one true God manifest in the flesh.
Dr. Hall and his wife have been married for over 38 years and are blessed with three grown children who are all born again Spirit-filled believers who are actively involved in local church ministry, and four grandchildren. His life and ministry remain a testimony of God’s sustaining grace, the power of the Holy Ghost, and the transforming revelation of Jesus’ Name.

Dr. Allison Parkman
Professor of Old Testament Studies
Allison Dee Parkman , MD., MDiv., was born in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Chicago with her BA in African-American Studies. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio (now the College of Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Toledo). She completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Baton Rouge General and completed her Urgent Care Fellowship training at the University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a board certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience.
Dr. Parkman accepted Jesus Christ as her savior, was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit at First Apostolic Faith Church in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Parkman has been teaching the Bible for over 20 years. Her desire to help young people gain a better understanding and love for the Word of God, motivated her to start writing her own curiculum. In an effort to continue her education and become a more effective teacher she completed her MDiv from Liberty University in 2018.
Although Dr. Parkman started out teaching middle school students, she has taught students of all ages and levels from pre-k to the adult classes. She has served as Superintendent of Christian Education at her previous ministry. In addition to teaching, she published her first book, Genesis; In The Beginning, in 2022. She also enjoys reading, jogging and cheering for the Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers. Dr. Parkman currently resides in Zachary, LA.

Dr. Lisa Camacho Professor of Spiritual Development
Dr. Lisa Ivette Camacho lives in Winter Park, Florida. She has dedictated her life to serving God, community and family. She obtained her BA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Then, pursued her Master's Degree in Social Work. She has been devoted to medical social work, specialized in Hospice Care. It has been 25 years of helping patients and their families facing the end of life. While working in the field of social work and assisting her church as Director of Christian Education, she received the call to attend Asbury Theological Seminary. In 2017, she graduated with her Master Divinity. Recently, she obtained her PhD in Organizational Leadership from National University. She remains committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through her gifts and prayers all to further develop Christian leaders around the world. Her heart is focused on transforming the lives of others through the teaching, and fervent study of God's Word.

Testimony
He was born and raised in Kenya, in a small town outside of Mombasa city. He had the privilege of seeing a great example of the faith in my grandparents, whom the Lord used to shape my own faith. By God’s grace alone, he, a sinner, was saved by faith in Christ alone. Christ—his great and glorious Savior—saved him in 2009 and opened his eyes to the truth that he could come to him and He would give him rest from being weighed down by sin. He trusted in Christ for salvation and God lifted his load of guilt from his sinful life. He is married to Clemence Kitawa and the Lord has blessed them with 5 children.
Education
He is trained with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2017) from Egerton University and Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling (2023) and a Masters of Theology in Biblical Studies (2025) at Central Baptist Theological Seminary.
Ministry Service
For the last 8 yrs he has served in various ministry capacities in some baptist churches in Nairobi, Kenya. He is a licensed minister of the gospel, and serving presently as a Dean of Students in a local medical college.
He is excited to be part of Tetelestai Bible Institute to teach practical theology for christians and ministers, especially Christian Counseling.
Introducing Professor Nicolah Lee, BA Sociology
She comes from a non-denominational background. She is an anointed Spirit-Filled leader who believes in and operates in the power of the Holy Ghost! Her goal is to destroy the works of the devil and to wreak havoc upon the kingdom of darkness wherever she goes. She has a proven ministry where God continually uses her to set at liberty those who are captive. And in the name of Jesus, to break the chains of those who are bound by Satan. She is the founder of Sisters With Power. SWP is all about adding God to everything. To plant seeds in people. To minister to communities, churches, homes, the broken, and the underdogs!

Rev. James Smith, M.Th.
Professor of Theology
Rev. James A. Smith has served faithfully in bi-vocational pastoral ministry for over ten years, bringing a deep commitment to spiritual leadership, discipleship, and biblical teaching. His ministry experience includes eight years as an Associate Pastor and two and a half years as a Senior Pastor, where he has provided pastoral care, preached regularly, coordinated ministry initiatives, and partnered with church leadership to strengthen congregational life and community outreach.
Teaching has always been the central passion of his ministry. He discovered both his calling and gifting for teaching while studying at Elim Bible College in Lima, New York, where he pursued Biblical Studies with a focus on missions. During his junior year, he completed a six-week internship with the New York School for Urban Ministry, gaining hands-on experience in urban outreach and contextual ministry. One of his most meaningful ministry memories was teaching the pre-meal service at The Bowery Mission in New York City, where he shared the Word of God with individuals experiencing homelessness, offering both spiritual encouragement and practical hope.
Over the years, Rev. Smith also received extensive training in Information Technology and developed a successful career in Web Application Development. This professional background has strengthened his organizational, analytical, and communication skills, which he continues to integrate into both ministry and education.
In 2019, he returned to formal theological education to pursue graduate studies. In December of 2024, he completed his Master of Arts in Historical and Theological Studies. During this time, he served as Senior Pastor in northwest Ohio, where he continued to grow in the ministry of teaching, preaching, and pastoral leadership.
In 2025, Rev. Smith continued his academic journey by beginning his PhD in Practical Theology at Liberty University. He is currently completing his first year of the program and looks forward to further developing his scholarship and teaching ministry.
Rev. Smith is passionate about bringing both academic excellence and spiritual vitality into the classroom. He desires to help students engage Scripture thoughtfully while experiencing the lordship of Christ and the transforming ministry of the Holy Spirit. Drawing from years of pastoral experience, technological expertise, and theological training, he seeks to equip learners to think critically, grow spiritually, and serve faithfully in their callings.
